I installed the app due to site issues and needed a better way for clients to communicate the issues quickly rather than using the contact form. A lot of the Shopify apps were not working with my site but this one does. I haven't used the app much yet although it seems to function well enough for what I need, but what puts me at ease is their customer service is quick and efficient.

This app is really good
very simple and easy to set up the only thing i would like to have integrated in this app is the function when you can see whenever someone visit your store and get a notification that someone entered your store
it’s very important function for the beginners to see how their store works! other then that… everything looks perfectly fine to me great job guys?

I'm still new but so far my experience has been great, mostly I appreciate the help I got integrating it to my shop. I'm not a computer wiz, actually I installed the app and abandoned setting it up coz wasn't sure of what to do, and out of nowhere received a text asking me if I need help setting up.
