We've been using Affiniv to send out NPS surveys to our customers, and it has truly transformed the way we gather and analyze customer experience data.
The customization options offered by this tool are impressive. From the design of the surveys to the questions asked, we have the flexibility to tailor each survey to our unique needs. This has been crucial in ensuring that we capture multi-faceted data points about our customer experience. The process is seamless, and the tool integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store. This has saved us valuable time and streamlined our workflow, allowing us to focus more on interpreting the gathered data rather than managing the survey process.
Affiniv helps us listen to the feedback of our customers in a very easy way. We created survey on Affiniv. Then the survey goes over Email and Whatsapp automatically weeks after the customer place their order. The dashboard is very intuitive for us to analyze the result. A good app overall.
It's one the best NPS apps available on the Shopify store and the team was very helpful during setup. A must-have app for every online store looking to gather NPS data and customer feedback. Helps us improve our products and processes.
