Just getting started with my Shopify store but happy I found Netparcel. So far all of my orders have been from the United States, and the default shipping options from Shopify only let me choose USPS. Installing the Netparcel app allowed me to choose from many more shipping options, and ship orders at about half the cost of what it would have cost me without Netparcel. Super happy with this app and will continue to use it!

I have used net Parcel many times to ship my Shopify orders. Not only does it provide other options to ship my products but their prices are great! It has allowed me to offer better rates to my customers which is definitely a win-win for everyone. It's a must have for any business especially if you ship across Canada or to the US.

I can easily track my shipment, review my expense report, auto populate addresses directly from shopify and super competitive shipping rates!

I've only had to reach out to customer service a few times regarding some extra charges from the carrier, but customer service responded quickly and was able to get me a refund. Really can't complain. Does what it's supposed to do with no fuss. Requires going to a different site to get pricing and complete the order, but shopify order import is smooth. Pricing generally cheaper than Canada Post for all sizes larger than a shoe box. In some cases, much cheaper. Lots of options for carriers. Getting a refund on an unused label is pretty straightforward and they are quick to respond to emails. One improvement would be the ability to select when to fulfil and notify customer. It automatically fulfils and notifies them as soon as you purchase a label, but sometimes you may not ship out for a few days.

We are very happy with the service we have been receiving with netParcel. We have a small artisan based business in Quebec, Canada that is in it's first 5 years and we can appreciate that a quality solution that is cost-effective makes all the difference! This helps us build the relationship with our partners (reliable, speedy, safe delivery of intact product) and helps us manage our expenses (low cost solution).

I have always use netpercel and for about 99% of my shipment because their rate is affordable especially for small businesses. In few occasion where there is issues with carrier, their customer service is prompt in providing resolution.
I will continue using them as long as I am able to get good and competitive rate.

Netparcel has been useful, consistent, and offers great rates! While we have a UPS business account, we still use Netparcel regularly - especially when we need quick international shipping, or to cross shop priority options beyond what our regular provider offers. There is also plenty of functionality and the interface is convenient and quick to use.
