Another company who we had been using as a supplier told us about netParcel, and my husband and I were thrilled because it was exactly what we were looking for. No need to be wondering where the best deals are at, and wasting time browsing the internet. Plus it basically helps you prepare all the paperwork for all your shipments. Honestly, it has been one of the best discoveries since starting our small business.

This is a great app for shipping locally and internationally. The app will automatically import the order of your choice and calculate all available shipping methods with discounts.

Add more than just fedex - would benefit your customer if you offered more shipping carriers

This is a great supplement to your shipping needs when your orders are heavier or larger than the USPS flat rate boxes

Its been over 3 weeks now of us using Net Parcel and I am grateful we have. Canada Post cannot compete against 90% of our customer orders. We are seeing an increase in orders especially from Ontario (as we are in BC) because orders that were $20 prior are now $14. Plus with the free pick up, it saves us way more time. There customer service team is also outstanding. I have been blasting them with emails and they are very responsive and attentive. Overall, business is slowly trending upwards and Net Parcel are a large part of that. With the supply chain being how it is, having NetParcel backing us is making us stronger during these trying times.

Not only do they provide competitive discounted international shipping rates, but their customer service was so helpful in assisting with any inquiry. The Shopify integration was very easy to incorporate and has saved us a substantial amount of time. Highly receommended!

NetParcel has been a great shipping solution with lots of opportunity for savings that I can pass onto my customers!

We've been exclusively using netParcel for express shipping for 2 years now. We mainly use DHL to ship to UK and countries outside of USA and Canada. It takes some time to set the whole thing up, but a netParcel rep will promptly help you do it. Every time we had any issues, we were always able to reach them in a timely manner, or reach them by phone if its urgent. They haven't failed us and we'll continue to use their service in the future.
