I have a new Shopify Store and am doing everything I can to keep potential customers. That means, keeping shipping costs as low as possible to help prevent Shopping Cart abandonment. I have been very happy with the shipping rates Net Parcel offers! I am looking forward to offering more customers these low shipping rates!

I primarily use the US Mail for most of my orders because they are under two pounds.

However, I recently picked up a couple of wholesale accounts and netParcel has proven their worth. Significant $$ saved using FedEx Ground! I will continue to use it when I need to ship larger packages.

We have been using NetParcel for approximately 4 years, we have nothing but glowing praise for their service and rates. They are more competitive than the Shopify embedded Purorator services with a wide range of options for your shipping options at checkout. They are responsive to technical issues and delivery services questions. If you have significant amount of parcels they can accommodate with weekly invoicing versus single transaction billing.
Integrates well with Shopify. A++ in our books,

Totally would recommend this app to another customer. We were shopping around because of the Canada Post potential strike and we liked this app a lot. Gives you multiple options, breaking it down by cost and transit time.
Give you the ability to import a shopify order number for easy entry.

Room for improvement would be:
- Canada Post integration
- Ability to link from the Shopify order page directly to get a quote on netparcel

All minor but would be handy.

I'm a small, emerging fashion artwear company and every dollar counts! I used netParcel for the first time this week and saved time and money. It's pretty easy to use, great rates, and my parcel was picked up right from my business. Really, what are you waiting for?!

Nice app for comparing and arranging shipping options. It would be nice if the app can pull orders from marketplaces rather than importing each order, but it is great as is. Thanks.

netParcel is my go to way of shipping when using Fedex. I like that I can add insurance easily and prices are phenomenal for larger items. Best feature is that it automatically updates your order with the shipping information. Saves me time and money.

I don't like writing bad reviews - but unfortunately, I have to take away the 5 stars that I gave to netParcel 3 years ago. I now rate them as a 1 (ONE). Yes - their discounts are good (though others are lower) - but any savings I recognized from their shipping rates was lost many times over when the company failed to stand behind their services whenever things went wrong at their end - or when they failed to pay out insurance claims - without reason or explanation. I no longer use this app nor recommend their services. I have spoken with management about my problems a few times - they listen, they apologize, they say it won't happen again - but No corrective actions were ever initiated or taken to investigate, address or refund my losses. ********************

Have finally settled on netParcel for all or my business. The rates are the best, with a nice interface and great customer support. Thank You)

We sincerely apologize for the experience described here, especially from a longstanding customer whose initial experiences with netParcel were so positive. We are taking steps to ensure all customers receive attentive communication and active followthrough going forward.

Regarding insurance, any coverage purchased by our customers is provided by the carrier moving the shipment. Accordingly, the terms of coverage are determined by the carrier, leaving the outcome of any given claim outside netParcel's control. We are working to make the scope and terms of coverage provided by our partners more clear to avoid unexpected exceptions in the future.
