Not only do they provide competitive discounted international shipping rates, but their customer service was so helpful in assisting with any inquiry. The Shopify integration was very easy to incorporate and has saved us a substantial amount of time. Highly receommended!

I have used net Parcel many times to ship my Shopify orders. Not only does it provide other options to ship my products but their prices are great! We've been exclusively using netParcel for express shipping for 2 years now. We mainly use DHL to ship to UK and countries outside of USA and Canada. It takes some time to set the whole thing up, but a netParcel rep will promptly help you do it. Every time we had any issues, we were always able to reach them in a timely manner, or reach them by phone if its urgent. They haven't failed us and we'll continue to use their service in the future.

Easy to use and reliable. Plus, great personal service if there are ever any issues. We've been very happy with Netparcel.
We love using this app - our favourite feature is that we only have to plug in the order number and the shipping details populate automatically. It's a small thing but it really does decrease the margin of error and therefore, dollars saved!
