I love Netparcels rates, but they need to be integrated into Shopify like Canada Post. Customers don't want a shipping quote after the fact, they want real time rates in checkout.

One of our carrier partner’s APIs was providing a slower-than-usual response time, so our team worked with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
