netParcel has been great for shipping LADDERAILs to the states VIA UPS. The rates are lower than Canada post and drop offs at the UPS store is always quick. Also love that it is free to use. We have inventory in FBA warehouses in the states and have the option to use their MCF for our Shopify orders, but netParcel still ends up cheaper for Shopify orders to the states. Importing orders is quick and easy. Will continue to use for Shopify orders.

In a world of such uncertainty, I cannot begin to tell you how great it is to have a company like netParcel in your corner. Selling product is one thing, shipping it at affordable rates quite another beast. Let them tame that beast. And customer service is par excellence!

I'm extremely happy with this app. It's exactly what I was looking for. It's integration is very easy to set up, and so happy this works for both Canadian and US shipments. The rates are incredible and my wholesale customers are very happy I'm able to pass on the savings to them. Being able to import my orders and have addresses pre-filled saves me time, and I'm also happy I can use the one account for both of my Shopify stores. 5 stars!

Best rates available bar none. Sometimes a bit inaccurate due to box sizes but easily fixed by adding a small surcharge to each quote. Sometimes rates are a bit cheaper if you schedule a next day pick up and choose no signature required.

Had some issues with using the Netparcel software, and they were very responsive in wanting to help and deal with my concerns. Therefore I am glad to recommend them. Once we iron out some minor issues, we will be using them a great deal more.
