Helped us cut our shipping costs pretty significantly. Customer service was fast when needed. I tried a few of these apps and this one came out ahead.

Really enjoy working with netparcel. cheap rates which is huge specially for us in Canada. Also the integrated real time rates for your store works great. i would recommend if people are sending larger boxes to maybe apply a 15-20% shipping markup to accommodate the difference you will see from rates given to customer to rates you will pay.

NetParcel gave us fantastic rates and we love the ShipStation integration, as this made the setup seamless. Great rates, great service, all around a great experience. We highly recommend them!

I have recently joined NetParcel again for my second start up business. The rates are so competitive that it is hard to look anywhere else. They are super efficient in answering the call if there are any issues and getting back to you with solutions. The only thing I would change is the default setting that sends out shipping confirmation from NetParcel. I want to be in control of sending these details out to our customers so if I forget to untick the box it goes out from them and not us. I would rather opt in than opt out. Besides that it is a great service.

So far so good, helps a lot cut cost for international shipping. Really needed a solution for this, since a lot of our customers are looking to purchase our main product The Weed Snatcher. Thanks Net Parcel

If your in Canada, this is a must. I shopped around and netParcel has the best rates by far, integrates with your Shopify store very easily. I originally setup business accounts at Purolator and UPS and their rates are much better then I could ever get. Makes shipping super easy, and I save our customers shipping fees which they love, and results in lower cart abandonment. Their customer support is also on the ball, great guys. Thanks netParcel!!!

Their customer service is fast and efficient. They are very eager to help you with any issues that arise (although so far I have run into very little).

Their website is very easy to use. A nice touch that they have is that when you book a shipment you can book the pickup all at the same time.
