Had some issues with connectivity, but every time an issue arose the customer service agent was readily available and fixed the problem. Always available to get on a zoom call instead of trading emails. Overall recommend using this app for NetSuite integration.

We have 8 stores connected from Netsuite to Shopify, and this is the best application to ensure we can keep growing and adding stores - it's not even close compared to the other apps we've tested. Shopify is lacking when it comes to full ERP functions, and this seamlessly plugs into our system with minimal upkeep or maintenance.

Took a while to get everything working correctly but it was worth it and the support team set up everything for me - I didnt have to do anything.
We had an issue with deposits not submitting that took several days to fix but the app team stayed on top of the problem and checked in daily until the ticket was resolved.

I have been setting up a very complicated Shopify store for the past several months and the Robust NetSuite Integrator has been so vital in making it all work. The app works well and the team at Robust NetSuite Integrator has been INCREDIBLY helpful over the past few month. They have been able to help me trouble shoot problems that I would never be able to fix on my own. They are always available for a call to answer my questions about set up. Now, my store is very close to launch and my products are syncing between NetSuite and Shopify.

I couldn't recommend Robust Netsuite Integrator enough. They are professional, well-knowledged, and very responsive. Since our integration, we have had customizations completed in order to fit our business processes and their team has been there to help every step of the way. Inventory updates, product information, and sales orders are synced instantly - have nothing to fault.
