The functionality is easily managed within the Shopify platform by those with a technical understanding of NetSuite and Shopify. All standard flows and requirements are catered for. The RNI team are extremely knowledgeable about both platforms and are ready at a few hours' notice to jump on a call and explain details about the setup, or even make minor backend changes to facilitate your needs. My client is very happy and now looking at an additional integration with another shopping platform.

Overall, Robust NetSuite Integrator is a great solution for connecting Shopify and NetSuite. We sometimes need support related to some of our customizations, but Webbee is very responsive & helpful, and issues are resolved quickly. Definitely recommend.

The team at Robust is very responsive and I am a big fan of the UI of their app. The ability to open sales orders in Netsuite directly from Shopify is a very good feature. There is a wide variety of customizations that you can do and the app is very straightforward.
