We have used this app to connect out Shopify store to NetSuite. The team at WebBee have been super helpful (even more than our NetSuite implementation group at times). Overall the settings are ready to go, easy to install and get up and running. Nonetheless, I appreciate the responsiveness of the WebBee team when questions arise. I highly recommend this app as it is a very good bargain over the alternatives we investigated.

I can't say enough about the customer service I have received from the Robust NetSuite Integrator team. The app functions seamlessly, however due to the number of customizations that our NetSuite account has, I had numerous requests for custom functions and they were all completed promptly. These requests were not questioned by this team, they were simply accommodated. This includes customizing their own app code, multiple zoom conferences walking through step by step, etc. Would recommend this app 100%! A+

Very happy with the integrator for NetSuite and Shopify!
Tarishi and the entire support team has been extremely helpful/knowledgeable and has answered my many questions, as I am new to this. The app is easy to navigate, has many features, and provides a straight forward integration between NS and Shopify. I looked at many integration options before deciding to go with the Robust NetSuite Integrator and I chose this app for the affordability, the many features, and the quick integration process.
This app has far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't recommend the Robust NetSuite Integrator enough!

We utilized this app to help us integrate our existing NetSuite platform with our newly re-designed Shopify website. Once we synced up the proper fields the communication between the two systems work well together. We are a small business and truly appreciate the quick response time and customer service the WebBee team has provided us. We have some basic understanding of how things work, and WebBee is able to clearly communicate with us and resolve any website features we'd like to change or add. Would highly recommend it this plugin and WebBee!

We've been using the Robust NetSuite Integrator app for a few months now and I'm really pleased with it.
There's a lot of configuration to ensure that it behaves exactly how you'd like it to. We've managed to work this into our normal NetSuite workflow for inventory, pricing, fulfilment and invoicing. Our ops team treat a Shopify order exactly as they would any other order and having the inventory and pricing synced from NetSuite means there's a single source of truth.
We had a few teething issues at first but a huge thanks to the support team. They are absolutely great. The chat is very responsive, during office hours we typically get a response within a few minutes. Outside of those hours we always get a response via email the next day. Requests via chat are followed up via email ensuring resolution of tickets.
We migrated from a bespoke ecom store and for context we were up and running from a fresh Shopify store to processing orders in production within 2 weeks.
I was a little concerned about the price at first (we're currently on the Max plan), however the ease of use and support more than justifies the cost. We're actually planning on upgrading the the Enterprise plan shortly.
