Incompetent. If you needs require any variation to what's out of the box such as Cash Sales/Undeposited. Good luck. Extremely poor attention to detail. Worst experience ever. Sharma and Abhishek consistently over promised and under delivered.
We've signed up to the Max Unlimited Plan and it's been one of the more frustrating and maddening experiences I've ever had with a new piece of software.
They advertise a range of features but buyer beware, only some of these features are actually functional or reliable.
What works:
- Auto Sync Shopify Orders and customers to NetSuite *
- Auto Sync NetSuite Item Inventory to Shopify
- Auto Sync NetSuite Item fulfillments to Shopify
- Sync Price from NetSuite to Shopify
- Sync Shopify Order Edits to NetSuite**
What doesn't work (but is advertised)
- List Product from NetSuite to Shopify:
The main added feature of their Max Unlimited plan is so buggy and incomprensible that I do not think they should be selling it as a finished feature. Even more concerning they don't seem to have any explanation or understanding of why it doesn't work. Endless zoom calls and promises of a fix just around the corner amounted to nothing.
Most alarmingly the sync has no auditing or process visibility at all. It's black box so it can be updating your catalogue and you don't even know when it is updating or what is updating or what it has updated. In an effort to try and get this sync to work we left it on overnight and rather than list any new products it wiped the content from 16747 products! We we're extremely lucky to have a backup handy to reverse what it did.
- * Auto Sync Shopify Orders Paid for by Gift Cards. The app is unable to sync orders when customers use gift cards as the payment method. We raised a few tickets but they where never able to fix it so we ended up having to manually import orders paid for by gift cards.
- ** Order Edits in Shopify will close the original Netsuite sales order, delete the customer deposit and create a new deposit. This means if a customer makes a $100 order on Monday, edits the order for an additonal $50 on Tuesdsay (making it a $150) the app will just create a new order with a single $150 deposit on Tuesday, despite their actually being two deposits on two different days. If you edit a lot of orders this creates a lot of manual fixing up for end of months accounts and is a poorly designed feature.
So in short I do not recommend Robust Netsuite Intregator unless you have a very simple setup and a lot of patience. It's cheaper than alternatives but is buggy, incomplete software and their support team sends a lot of emails but provides very few solutions.
