Tarishi and her team have been extremely helpful in getting us up and running using the Robust Integrator for our Shopify/Netsuite Integration. Her and her team are very responsive and helpful and they try to resolve our issues as quickly as possible. We know if we encounter any need for customisations that Tarishi and her team are on hand to fix.

The functionality is easily managed within the Shopify platform by those with a technical understanding of NetSuite and Shopify. All standard flows and requirements are catered for. The RNI team are extremely knowledgeable about both platforms and are ready at a few hours' notice to jump on a call and explain details about the setup, or even make minor backend changes to facilitate your needs. My client is very happy and now looking at an additional integration with another shopping platform.

This app is exactly what is advertised and works great. Specifically, it seamlessly integrates our Shopify orders with Netsuite. It automatically processes shipment information and charges credit cards when Item Fulfillments and Cash Sales are generated. Setup took a bit of time, but their service team is very responsive to get us up and going.
We've been using this now for several years and it works perfectly.
Very helpful staff member guided me through all the steps I needed to fix my problem. All it took was a quick zoom call and the issues were resolved. This is a great app that saves us a lot of time with manual entry. I would recommend to anyone who uses NetSuite.

Quick and easy way to integrate shopify with Netsuite. Very responsive support team, but do need some patience in setting it up. Once it is up and running, it is a life-saver.
