For some reason Sofortig does not update my inventory, even though they are connected to Shopify and have an app. Instead, I get a CSV file emailed to me every day - which is NOT made in the Shopify approved .csv format, so it is completely useless. I have to manually change my stock quantities every single day! The stock on hand on their .csv file does not match the stock on hand on their website, which shows 2 different stock levels depending on where you are on their site at the time. Also, I cannot find Sofortig as an option in my Shopify shipping settings, so I have had to create a separate supplier profile, which makes it more difficult & time consuming. But my biggest problem is this one: I sent them an email last week to ask why many of their 'wholesale' products I have imported cost me almost DOUBLE than that of retail prices offered to the public from Officeworks and Harvey Norman. And why they quote the RRP as being up to 3 times higher than retail actually is. They haven't responded after 3 days. So if I don't get a reply & an explanation soon I will publish the prices here. I have also made a formal complaint to Shopify.

Currently with our new version of Sofortig App, product imports and inventory updates are fully synced automatically. This will help to avoid losses due to over-sell or product discrepancies.

In term of pricing, Dropshipzone runs different promotions from time to time and we review our prices based on marketplace prices regularly (twice a month) to ensure that we are providing competitive and reasonable pricing to our resellers

The app is useless. It cannot link my existing products which I have already imported using CSV. On top, it is confusing to use. I'd rather stay and use my macros to update stock and data rather than relying on this app. Also there is 0 support from the developer. Sent them a couple of mails but no response. Oh and did you know that Dropshipzone sells their own products on ebay and other marketplaces way below the cost price they give to the dropshippers. I wished they could play fair!

First of all, we're sorry that we missed your Shopify support message on 23July due to an avoidable human error. We'd already reviewed our SOP to prevent missing any one valuable message.

In ease of merging reseller existing product to Sofortig, we are now developing a new function in Sofortig and hope to resolve your problem
accurately.

Good Delivery time to Australia . Product are a bit expensive but there is no cheaper option for dropshippers as almost all products and heavy and large . I believe Dropshipzone is one of the best in Australia.

This app does not sync with shopify i have had to update products one by one?? And then i get an email saying there IT has found i am selling under the price when it should auto update??

Thank you for your time to leave us a review. For the product update information can be updated via “Product Price Update” tab and there will be a check box that able to select which SKUs you want to select before updating it together
Regarding the pricing, we have a scheduled price review, and it is strongly recommended to subscribe and keeping an eye of our price review notification. The reason our team asked for a price update is that our IT found the cost on your store may not be up to date so that you may need to update the price on Sofortig –“Product Price Update”/”Special Price Update” to avoid loss caused by price discrepancy. It is Client responsibility to keep selling prices correct on Shopify store website.

price update now showup or sometimes have error,unable to filter free shipping or with extra charge shipping,after price update from free shipping to extra shipping fees but then not have a notice that item changing to extra shipping fees.

Was excited when i first got it but am pretty underwhelmed if im honest. Prices are a lot higher than I expected them to be, a lot of products theres just no profit to be made from. My biggest issue is the Sofortig app with shopify. Is extremely clunkey and often doesnt even work. Currently trying to get in touch with support as i still cant update my fulfillment service to dropshipzone meaning my website is essentially useless. Not had any response yet on such an urgent issue so really not that impressed so far. Wouldn't be continuing to use if it wasnt for the fact that i dont know many other AUS dropshipping options.

I used this app, so that the stock on the store is always up to date. But only after 2 days, we realised that the app is not updating the stock. Its showing the items as in stock on the app, but actually they are out of stock on the website. Its really upsetting, that the core purpose of the app is not fulfilled.
Also, the app takes over the shipping rules for the store. So if you have multiple vendor, as we do, sofortig shipping rules are visible for all products across different vendors. This is clearly not the right use case. Sofortig shipping rules should only apply for products which are managed by that app, and not for all vendors. We already lost shipping cost because sofortig calculated as 0, where as we had to pay the other vendor shipping cost.
Finally, not all the products have Logistic weight. It could be a bug or its intentional. But it would be hard to understand how the shipping charges are calculated for products with logistic weight as 0.
This app really needs some working. As it stands, its not fit for purpose.

For your inventory stock out-sync issue, we will deep dive to investigate asap.
Using Sofortig as storefront carrier app could always be an option, reseller could able to setup his own shipping rate to override Sofortig. For reseller who work with multiple vendor, it is highly recommended to setup different 'Custom Shipping Rate' profile for corresponding product so that Sofortig will not calculate the shipping rate for non-Sofortig product.
In regarding the shipping cost, it is given from Dropshipzone in which the calculation is based on delivery address and product category.

I got really excited to use this app as i thought the products would suit my store.
I uploaded a number of products and then thought id check the market value of them to organise my pricing.
it seems as if this app is designed to make retail price sales for a 3rd party from your website and make $5-$10 profit yourself(if that when shipping is involved.
an overhaul is needed and i wont come back until pricing is genuine wholesale not retail market value minus $10

Thank you for your review. We operate using a dropshipping business model. Which allowed reseller to have profit in the transaction that is basically the difference between the wholesale and retail price of the item sold.
