NU va recomand sa folositi aceasta aplicatie.
Dupa doua saptamani de cand i-am contactat , dupa ce am achitat abonamentul de 5 dolari si am mai cumparat si credite de 205 ron (~ 40 euro) nu s-a intamplat nimic.
In tot acest timp am fost amanat incontinuu, pe chat support la fel, intarzieri si lamentari din partea lor.
Site-ul newsman.ro este extrem, extrem de greoi de configurat, am mai folosit doua servicii sms care mergeau impecabil, putand sa-mi setez singur mesajele, webhook-urile astfel incat aplicatiile sa trimita mesaje clientilor la intrarea comenzii si la livrarea acesteia catre ei.
Acum mi-au promis ca pot seta trimiterea de mesaje catre cei cu "cosuri abandonate" dar nu au putut face nimic.
Nu platiti credite in avans pentru nimic in lume. Mi-au transmis ca ei nu au optiunea de refund (cum au alte aplicatii serioase). Dar ca pot trimite mesaje din aplicatia lor pentru banii pe care i-am achitat.
Dar nu vreau asta, pentru motivele explicate mai sus si pentru faptul ca si valoarea unui SMS este mai scumpa decat la concurenti.

I DO NOT recommend using this application. After two weeks since I contacted them, after paying the $5 subscription and also buying 205 ron (~ 40 euros) credits, nothing has happened.
During all this time I have been continuously put off, on chat support as well, delays and complaints from them.
The newsman.ro website is extremely, extremely difficult to configure, I have used two SMS services that worked flawlessly, being able to set up my own messages, webhooks so that the applications send messages to customers when the order is received and when it is delivered to them.
Now they promised me that they can set up sending messages to those with "abandoned carts" but they could not do anything.
Do not pay credits in advance for anything in the world. They told me that they do not have the refund option (like other serious applications have). But that I can send messages from their application for the money I paid.
But I don't want that, for the reasons explained above and for the fact that the value of an SMS is also more expensive than with competitors.
