Nimbuspost has Pathetic Service. Following has happened to me in just one month:
- Rs. 67,000 blocked on false premises of weight discrepancy !!!
- Charged 51Kgs for a 1Kg Parcel !!!
- Lost Parcels
- Did not deliver parcels to our prepaid customers
- Fake Weight Discrepancy
- No Support, Nobody Calls you
If you're a starting a new business and listened to a youtuber to use this service, even he doesnt use this service so avoid it at all cost.

If you new business or old whatever do not opt for this nimbuspost you will have so many RTO and so many issues that you will have to shut your business choose anything but not nimbuspost, i regret choosing have faced so much losses

SCAMMERS. WE HAVE BEEN USING nimbus from few days ans soo far i have lost 20k in amount & 1 Lakh rupee parcels. The team is worst.
If you ever contacted bu : Gautam : +91 95012 36334 / Sujeet : +91 98742 77021. These fuckers will not pcipk up your call when u will need resolution. they will only call for onboarding. biggest scammers they are.

Extremely disappointing services. Almost all shipments faced challenges and support team does not help at all. It became full time job just to follow up with them, and they'll never revert on the actions they take. Pickups, deliveries, weight mismatches, all became nightmare with this team.
Dont use this service .
Very poor support .
Demand bogus picture for false order.
Now we are using Shipway , Far better , RTO rate comes down .
