Have had this service now for a short while and I have noticed a significant difference. This is probably by far the best service to use for credit card fraud protection. I signed up with Signifyd a while back which was proven to be a complete joke, and absolutely useless. Nofraud goes far and beyond to protect you from fraudsters. I wish I had found them much sooner.

The integration is seamless and literally worked out of the box with zero changes to our current workflow. This app changed everything for us. We used to be fraught with fraud, getting chargebacks left and right, but since we started working with the NoFraud team, we've yet to encounter one, while accepting MORE orders. One of my fav apps! We are constantly targeted by online scammers and lost thousands prior to this app, we then implemented a pretty manual process to vet each credit card order that came through but very time consuming. This app does the vetting process in seconds and or if unsure they will conduct a manual review. The usual vetting takes seconds with a simple "pass or fail" tag and off you go. If for some reason they pass an order and it still gets hit with a chargeback, they credit you back! You need to have the "chargeback protection" plan in order to be covered but its totally worth it as it pays for itself.

The NoFraud app is the best way to protect yourself from fraudulent orders. The app is really easy to install and setup. NoFraud's analysis has been much more effective over the standard default Shopify fraud analysis. It catches fraud missed by Shopify and passes orders that Shopify said were high risk - and no chargeback was received on those orders" . Best part is you could contact NoFraud and speak with someone about a transaction in question if needed. This is a huge benefit. If you ever need assistance they are always quick to respond. I could easily say this is a Must Have App.
