The team at Nosto has helped me get up and running quickly. I appreciate the support and have had no issues thus far. We just finished our first month with Nosto and have had a positive ROI. We hope to keep improving that return over the coming months. I would recommend to any shop owner looking to simplify the product recommendation process, improve pop up effectiveness, and increase ROAS through FB retargeting.

We've used Nosto on both Magento and Shopify and the team has been above and beyond helpful in the setup. We love the recommendations on our PDP and PLP.

The onboarding process with Nosto was second to none. They were able to get us up and running on a very tight schedule in time for the holiday season. The Nosto team was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the most out of the platform!

We launched Nosto to help with conversion and to increase UPT/ATV with the personalized recommendations feature. Setup was a breeze and the team is beyond helpful. Really great product that grows with the business - A great addition to our ecommerce platform! Highly recommend!

Do not sign up with the app. It is not worth the money. The worst part is that you sign a year contract ( something that I should have looked over more throughly) and they force you to keep the expensive contract even when the services do not help your business and you want to terminate the contract.

It has been a nice app to have. I have been using it for over 6 months now.

Pop up coupons have worked well for my store giving good returns.

Would like more ease, versatility & flexibility in creating facebook & instagram ads. Did try the facebook ads a couple of times but there were no sales from them.

Emails have not brought any sales either. They should make the email templates more engaging and better.

Brilliant product, outstanding customer support. Excited to continue to leverage Nosto to grow our revenue and customer happiness.

Avoid like the plague. The recommendations are trash, it doesn't even relate. If you have a very popular product or a few products in your website, then, that item automatically will become the " always bought together" product.... duh, despite the item really does not relate to the item at all. And their contract, another nightmare. despite it clearly says 14 days to leave, nope, they won't honor it. Will force you to use their very overpriced non-working logic.

We've had Nosto for a few months now and it has helped us to achieve things that otherwise wouldn't be possible - like cart overlay recommendations and product bundles. We've had a very helpful integration manager.

Good app - definitely contributes to increased sales. Found some of the analytics hard to find in the dashboard (under 'settings'). Also a bit of work to cut the data to get the exact info we want from it.
Support team are incredibly responsive and really help to push performance.
All in all a very good solution to cross-selling - v. minimal management, just let it run.
