Nosto is a fantastic app with excellent service and innumerable tools to help your business. Just ask, and they've got what you're looking for. Their A/B testing and analytics alone give you invaluable insight and help easily maximize conversions. Julia, our CSM, is outstanding, hands-on, and constantly helping us level up. We're in the early stages of leveraging the platform and are already seeing increases across our site performance. Highly recommend.

We’ve been using Nosto for almost 6 months now. Currently using product recommendation blocks on the website and in emails to personalize the customer experience and seeing great results! Both conversion rate and AOV on our website have improved. Customer service is outstanding - our account manager is very accessible via email at all times, and we have bi-weekly calls to check in on the overall account. She has been very insightful in making recommendations on how to continuously improve our setup with Nosto and for us is a huge bonus to the app itself. Highly recommend.

After having used a few personalization solutions out there, Nosto is clearly far and away the most powerful and easy to manage personalization platform for Shopify, hands down.
I don't need to rely on developers for anything, our social media marketing has been totally revolutionized with personalization to the point where we're seeing a higher ROAS than ever before -- Nosto paid for itself several times over in the first month and continues to perform amazingly for us.

Great for creating custom audiences for Facebook targeting. We were able to seamlessly create FB ads targeting our demographics. We also take advantage of the recommendation emails to keep our customers engaged.

No brainer. The built in Shopify product recommendations on products pages are counter-intuitive and terribly limited. Something we knew for a long time but didn't have time to address. Particularly if you drive traffic through AdWords, you likely noticed the recommended products on the product landing page pull from a top level "newest products" category that will deliver irrelevant results for many customers.

Nosto's integration was seamless and instantly started delivering meaningful results to customers on day 1. Their pricing model makes it very low risk and their analytics provide unique insights we didn't have before. Seeing 5-10% CTR's on their recommendations show that customers were needing some help with related suggestions.

Support and service has been excellent and we are now testing additional components of their platform.

Nosto has brought instant, measurable value to our store. The recommendations are top notch and allow us to offer them to our customers and site visitors in a robust, rock-solid fashion. We are using the recommendations in our Facebook retargeting as well and have been quite pleased with the performance there too. They make setup a breeze and the user interface is really intuitive. We use this app to generate upsells. The product is very extensive and we are currently only using a small amount of its functionality. The support has been outstanding to date.
