Just downloaded this app and immediately was contacted by Stella who walked me through the product features and then helped get started.

SPent about 20-30 minutes going through the full setup and she then reviewed al lmy pages to cover all areas of my site.

I would recommend this app to anyone who want to set their items on PreOrder. It is relatively easy to use and it integrate with Shopify easily. Customer service is excellent and they are willing to solve any issues you faced while using their software.

Added this app last year and it's made as huge difference to my sales and customer experience. My customers love being able to get notified when a product they love is out of stock rather than having to email and then keep checking the website each month. Ive had a huge amount of sales come through these email notifications and as it's all done automatically I don't have to worry about it. It also really helps me know what products and sizes are in demand so I know what needs to be restocked. The customer service is also great, they reply quickly and are extremely helpful. One of my fav apps!
