The team at Novel is great—very responsive and hands-on. Any question I've ever had has been promptly resolved, and they've been willing to take time out of their day to get down into the data with me. We perpetually see interaction and conversion through our shoppable videos.

The unique options such a small circles on landing pages, or full verticals anywhere on the site makes this completely customizable. An awesome app for online stores and an awesome team to work with! They added several customizations to their platform so that the shoppable videos would blend in with our website and they even handled setting up an integration with the app that we use to offer/manage subscription orders.
