I began working with Novel as one of the first clients for their newly introduced Wallet Pass. Though it was an immature product, it immediately proved a highly effective and cost-efficient solution.

Specifically, Novel’s Wallet Pass provides a more engaging and individualized communication channel and a more streamlined and effective loyalty solution at a fraction of the price of the comparable SMS marketing providers and points-based loyalty solutions that have become standard across Shopify stores. Better yet, it can replace or work alongside such solutions and is highly customizable to accommodate your store’s specific.

I have implemented Novel’s Wallet Pass on Ghurka.com, Xhibition.co, and RuleofNext.com, with unique experiences for each website. Perhaps most impressive is the Novel team’s prompt and forthright communication and diligence in understanding and accommodating your needs.

Over the course of our partnership, we have learned a lot about the product and its potential together. I am eager to implement the solutions they are currently developing based on my feedback, as they are set to greatly improve our customers’ experience.

Novel’s Wallet Pass is a tremendously valuable tool, and working with the team has been an incredibly positive experience. However, it’s clear that this is just the beginning, and I am very excited to see what the future has in store!

This app is the first of its kind for stores looking to attract a web3 customer. It enables the user to seamlessly purchase an NFT without having a crypto wallet and fire all the blockchain lifting on the backend.

Looked into all available apps for token gating and novel by far has the best UX. It makes working with it easy but is especially important wen onboarding non-web3 natives.

Novel's incredibly easy-to-use yet more than capable of handling anything and everything we need for our NFTs. Extremely helpful team and a delightful product to use!

When it came down to it (and I looked around carefully)... my decision to partner with Novel to mint NFT/Tokens for our catalog (product) on the blockchain, was based on the fact that its founder was manning the ship. This vastly overlooked customer touch-point is missing in 80% or more of online transactions. Novel and ISH get it right.

We have been using Novel to sell NFT digital versions of our products in our store and airdrop NFTs as gifts to our customers. We really enjoy how user-friendly and cost-efficient the app is. Moreover, the customer support is excellent, always being available to guide and solve business-specific issues.

10/10 - As a company supported and powered by our followers, being able to reach them wherever they are, is truly invaluable. At Taika, our whole brand philosophy is ‘Made for friends by friends.’ We started off by selling a creativity fueling beverage that we'd created for our friends and community and eventually realized that our next level of community building entails NFTs and web3.
