Novel: Wallet Pass for Brands

When it came down to it (and I looked around carefully)... my decision to partner with Novel to mint NFT/Tokens for our catalog (product) on the blockchain, was based on the fact that its founder was manning the ship. This vastly overlooked customer touch-point is missing in 80% or more of online transactions. Novel and ISH get it right.

Looked into all available apps for token gating and novel by far has the best UX. It makes working with it easy but is especially important wen onboarding non-web3 natives.

We have been using Novel to sell NFT digital versions of our products in our store and airdrop NFTs as gifts to our customers. We really enjoy how user-friendly and cost-efficient the app is. Novel solves the token gating problem by offering simple and straightforward token gating features. They seamlessly implement the ability to token gate entire pages down to specific token gated discount codes, while also providing an intuitive backend that allows for multiple projects and multiple gates.

Novel has been nothing short of amazing! Michael Piazza was a great connect and helped up along the entire process. Ismail Pathan is a wiz with the tech side and has been a great help with setting up our store.

For a web 2 business trying to utilize this app to bring our members the web 3 experience, extremely user friendly support and very timely and helpful communication. Absolutely what you would need to add the Web 3 element to a web 2 business.

Very responsive developer, easy to get in touch with, he took the time to understand my workflow and was engaged and very helpful. The app does not (yet) meet our unusual need, but I really appreciate the above-and-beyond effort by the developer to try to design a solution for us.
