Just what I needed. The Notify Me button and message appears where the customer can most easily see it and use it. And customer support is amazing! They did the configuration and customization for me very quickly - free!
Back in Stock is only one of two apps we have for our store to add functionality. Over the years, we've deleted all other apps and only kept these two.
We've had Back in Stock in our store for over 5 years, and we don't really think about it. The reason we don't really think about it is because IT JUST WORKS! No issues, no errors. Once configured, it does what it's supposed to do seamlessly.
The new upgraded Shopify 2.0 compatible Back in Stock 2.0 module is even better because we can integrate it to our store each time we upgrade or tweak our store without having to contact Support to install it. The new 2.0 is completely modular and we can install it ourselves and place the module exactly where we want it on an item page.
You cannot go wrong with Back in Stock. The cost/benefit is just brilliant!
It took a while for the team to get back to me regarding some trouble with the app. But when they did it was a great experience. Great app esp for 3$
App works really well. The support team helped get it installed in my store super quick! The customer is notified within a minute of the item being restocked. Awesome!
I wouldn't want to run a store without it.
We looked at every "back in stock" app available and this one is hands-down the best. It looks great on our site, doesn't use any annoying pop-ups and the dashboard is very user-friendly. It is also the easiest to customize and it was super easy to make the customer notification emails perfectly match our existing marketing emails.
Between this one and the Wishlist app that we are also using, Mascot is awesome!

Brilliant so easy to use (they set it up for you). And has saved me so much time with tracking who wants out of stock items and contacting them when they are restocked. Thank you for this awesome app, great value for money.
Excellent app, exactly what we were looking for. It sends emails automatically rather than us having to somehow keep track of all requests. Customer support is excellent and the customizable email template allows us to brand our correspondence to the customer, keeping the guest experience cohesive throughout the visit/request/ordering process.
Customer service support is excellent. I mention it twice because they not only set up the program for us (for free), but also helped to troubleshoot the email template issue we were having, both done quickly.
We would definitely recommend this app!
Es arbeitet wie es sollte. Die Produkte werden angelegt, Kunden ebenfalls und man kann auch manuell hinzufügen, was für uns interessant ist.
