We use octane for more than half an year and the way it works is so far easier - to build the quiz, the results, the dashboard is very detailed. The support always reply to any question raised, with details and guidance.

Impossible to set up even basic functionality. Not responsive at all, support doesn't do customization.

Outstanding app and even better support! We implemented a make-up foundation finder quiz for our store using Octane AI, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The app is incredibly intuitive, highly customizable, and integrates seamlessly into our Shopify store. Most importantly, the support team is absolutely fantastic – quick to respond, super helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything runs smoothly. If you’re looking for a powerful quiz solution with top-notch service, this is 100% the app to go with. Highly recommended!
