Customer support from Ivana and Mark is second to none. Always responsive and very. helpful going above and beyond frequently.
The quiz overall is quite complicated and if you have a lot of sku's like us then it can be difficult to build anything but a custom quiz. They do have partners who will help with building quizzes. The attribution metrics on the dashboard do need you to check in more detail as they can be misleading at top level.

Our account manager Beth has been fantastic with great support advising the initial set-up direction between our internal departments- from innovation, website dev team, creative and customer experience internal teams. We have seen an immediate ROI, the data has been valuable in creating immediate action items for marketing and merchandising teams, and has 5-figures in revenue within first 2-3 months of launching without any digital ad spend attributed to it. Highly recommend.

Reading other low reviews about customer service I have to say we had a totally different experience so hopefully this issue has now been sorted. The customer support team went above and beyond to try and help us find a solution to our problem and responded really quickly. The only issue is I don't think it's possible for the app to do what we need which is why we've scored so low as it feels like this should be quite a fundamental feature for a lot of stores. We wanted to have 3 quizzes all pointing towards a database via an automation. Quiz 1 was fine, but if the same user takes Quiz 1 followed by Quiz 2, it won't let you export the Quiz 2 data unless they are using the same browser. So if a user takes Quiz 1 on their mobile & Quiz 2 later on another device, you can't access the data for Quiz 2 - only the first quiz they submitted. If you only want 1 quiz as a product recommendation option it's probably a great tool and the dashboard is super clean and easy to use. But if you're looking to use multiple quizzes or have integrations into third party apps it's unfortunately not possible at the moment.

New to the app but everything seems excellent and the customisation options are better than i expected. The support staff are always on hand and have sorted any questions I had. Leonardo has been my main point of contact and he has been majesterial.

Love that this quiz integrates so seamlessly with Klaviyo. Makes it easy to segment my customers after they've taken my quiz. I've had a couple support issues come up, but Mark has helped get me back up and running.

Great app. We use it to build a new sales funnel via quizzes. Very user-friendly interface and flexible settings. Excellent level of customer service! Leonardo quickly responded and politely answered all questions, even recorded an explanatory video :)

Octane Ai has been so easy to set up and whenever I have needed help, the team have been fantastic.
I especially want to mention Leonardo who has been totally fantastic, he made suggestions of ways I could improve my quizzes in addition to taking the time to video call me. It has been brilliant speaking to the same person each time I get in contact and I can't praise Leonardo enough!

So far absolutely loving this app. Needed some help and Brandon from support promptly jumped in to the rescue. If I could change one thing, I think the pro plan pricing is a bit steep for small businesses. Other than that, 5+ stars from us.

We don't regret signing up for the Enterprise plan with Octane. very helpful support and the zero-party engine shows crazy ROI. Great integration with Klaviyo too. Also even when we were on starter/free plan Octane team offered several onboarding calls which turned out extremely helpful. Worth every single penny spent. It's also the way forward for future marketing overall so I'm sure in a matter of months Octane will be a mainstream marketing app for Shopify just like Klaviyo or ReCharge. Cheers team.

I am very pleased with Octane AI. The quiz, the popups, the CRM integrations... everything is top notch and easy as pie. In particular, the availability and communication of their customer support is OUTSTANDING. Brandon, my support rep, is always available in an ongoing chat, regularly checking in to see if I have questions, and responds within a short amount of time during the business day. That level of support is unprecedented!

This app is AMAZING! It does so many things! I use it to welcome my customers with a discount code, catch them before they exit, abandoned carts AND - I am working on a shop quiz to help my clients select the best product for them. Brandon is 100% absolutely amazing and has guided me through each and every process and answered ALL of my annoying questions. I am SOOO glad I ditched the other apps and found Brandon and Octane!

Poor customer service outsourced in Philippines. I tried the quiz module who does not have the features we are looking for. I spoke to Inna from customer service, who is terrible... Firstly, she has tremendous problems to understand advanced questions on the product. Secondly, when she does not understand, she stop answering the conversation and let our team in the dark. Incompetent from a to Z.
