Octane AI: Advanced Quiz Maker

I've been looking into many different messenger apps over the last week but I found Octane AI the best because of the many functions it has and the customers service. This is the only messenger app I found with great customer service which is always available throughout the day! Katie has helped me a lot setting up my first campaign and with other steps on setting up :)

I've only just set this app up but have found it straightforward and am hopeful it will bring good results. I needed some help with implementation and found the support team very responsive. Leonardo was quick and super helpful.

App is super powerful, customizable, and integrates very easily. They have step-by-step tutorial videos to get you started, and the customer service team is great! All-around great experience.

It's been a great experience from the tireless efforts of the guys at Octane. Whatever time it is when we're working on the shopify integration, Brandon, Mark and Inna have been giving their best. Really top of industry support from Octane with live people who care, compared to other big brand platforms where we have to face a wall of threaded emails. Good job and Kudos Octane AI!

This app is great concept. Set up can be confusing though. I will use out the trial period and see how it goes

This app has increased my sales overnight and shown incredible results. The support team has been fantastic at helping me make further customizations. This is now a staple nav element for my store.

I just created a quiz and launched it on my site this week. I am not super technical and was able to navigate the setup and the klaviyo integration with Octane AI's help. I had a number of questions and the team was patient, helpful, friendly, and supportive. They have quick support during weekdays. I don't have a good read on the results/conversions yet since we just launched but I hope to increase my conversion with the quiz engagement. I have not tried any of their other features but will tackle more since their support is so strong and I believe in what they are offering.

Great app and AMAZING customer service/tech support. Katie and the Octane team really go above and beyond to answer any questions right away and help provide tech support for a successful set up. I have tried numerous apps to try and link my website to facebook messenger and this one is by far the best!
