Customer support from Ivana and Mark is second to none. Always responsive and very. helpful going above and beyond frequently.
The quiz overall is quite complicated and if you have a lot of sku's like us then it can be difficult to build anything but a custom quiz. They do have partners who will help with building quizzes. The attribution metrics on the dashboard do need you to check in more detail as they can be misleading at top level.

Excellent App, customer service is up there with the best I've come across. Easy to use quiz software, and the extra features available on the paid plan is worth it.
Love that this quiz integrates so seamlessly with Klaviyo. Makes it easy to segment my customers after they've taken my quiz. I've had a couple support issues come up, but Mark has helped get me back up and running.
