Great app for separating shipping costs and services by postcode, cannot fault the the support who are fast, knowledgeable and keen to help

The best customer service I have ever experienced! I downloaded the App and was offered a Zoom call for help in setting it up. In the course of the call the developer asked a lot of questions to better understand my shipping goals and challenges. Based on my objectives, which turned out to be relatively simple, he suggested that I would currently be better served using Shopify rates rather than their App. He then did a screen share and walked me through how to set rates within Shopify to accomplish my objectives. So he talked me out of buying their App (which I will need in the future) and using the free option in Shopify, and then took the time to show me how to do it. What a great Shopify partner. I highly recommend.

This is a great app with excellent support (thanks Tomek) - it helps us separate our shipping rates by complex postcode rules so that we charge customers what they expect for shipping based on where they are in Australia, whilst ensuring we recoup our shipping costs. We'll also now implement it for our other countries.

Even thought it looks so simple, app is offering a great solutions for our fulfilment. Especially a possibility to set up a few shipping zones within a country, so that it helps to avoid crazy surcharges like remote region surcharge from specific carriers. App is quite intuitive and simple in use. Still if you have any questions left you can easily schedule a short call and guys will guide you through all the blind spots.
