This app won't install. It was on our old theme but once we upgraded and uninstalled it refuses to reinstall. There was potential but support form Shopify about why it won't install is null.
It's nice, I feel better that my store is able to help in the fight against climate change, but it would be great if Shopify provided marketing material/logos/components in the checkout/cart/product page that would help us demonstrate our effort...
I am pleased with everything. Thanks to the developers for making the app, and for the friendly support. Very much recommended!
2022 - still no visual to show customers. Come on Shopify! Please help us promote this initiative, thank you.

the system had a glitch once and they solved it for me. This is a very new app but the team has been really helpful
As others mention, the initiative is great, but it needs to be shown to the customers in checkout and order confirmation page so they know about this. As a shopify this should not be a difficult thing to implement.
