Offset

Great idea but can you provide some marketing collateral or background so we can communicate it to our customers in the best way possible? Thanks!

Contrary to what some previous reviews said, the little icon does show up during check out.
Overall it seems the app, icon and cause will be a nice addition to my shop.
BUT you have to be careful with your imported orders, as at the moment of writing this review it has difficulty distinguishing that recently shipped orders may have been marked as fulfilled elsewhere (Etsy, etc), and may charge you for those.
Thankfully customer service was able to sort through the initial confusions this caused and hopefully it will work as expected from now on.

Please add the ability to add a badge/notification at checkout to show customers that the shipping of their orders are being offset, just a little icon/verified message at checkout by the shipping method. Otherwise great app!

Great cause and we're onboard, but can we have some marketing collateral so we can show our customers that we care about offsetting the carbon emissions from the shipments please?

Very cool but it's only as good as what you can communicate the customer, where's the widget? Transparent marketing collateral is a must!

It's nice, I feel better that my store is able to help in the fight against climate change, but it would be great if Shopify provided marketing material/logos/components in the checkout/cart/product page that would help us demonstrate our effort...

Happy to be able to use this app. Would love it if customers could see that we offset emissions from our shipping. Let's make that happen!

Love the concept but we need to be able to share to our customers the impact we are making by sharing the counter available in the app into a specific page or by having a HTML code to insert in our theme in our homepage for example. I look forward to see this happening soon so we can continue! We are ready to reduce our impact ❤️
