So far the best review app by a country mile! the migration and onboarding were a breeze. The onboarding support team led by Carolina were awesome to deal with and made sure i was utilising the full width of the product. Thanks Okendo
Outstanding app! I tried a few review apps for my store and finally was able to confidently settle down once I installed Okendo. What sold me on this app at the end was the service! The Okendo team worked with me diligently to get the review carousel, reviews page, and reviews on the product page looking exactly as I'd like. They even helped me set up my review request emails. Okendo is not only my favourite review app, it is my favourite app, period!
Where to start? I've done my research, used both Shopify Product Review app and Stamped.io, and I have to say, neither can hold a candle to Okendo. Not only does it integrate with everything, it's super versitle. Look at the examples on their site, and even at my own, and you'll see that review widgets can look similar, or completely unique if you want. If you want a review platform that you'll be proud of, Okendo is the way to go. Can't recommend them enough!
We are still working through the setup and evaluating Loox as well. The reason we leave this review is to point out the good service and flexibility from the Okendo team (Meriem is handling our migration). All changes are made relatively fast, communication is great and they really care about you understanding the features and walking you through the app. We are missing some features from our current judge.me app, but the team took the feedback and hopefully they can be eventually developed. The app overall is great. I wish the Klaviyo integration was available on the lower plan instead of the $299.
Just downloaded Okendo and so far really impressed. Everything is very intuitive and it has so many features and the editors are in-depth in terms of customizability. Customer support also answered my chat at 11pm and sorted my first issue within minutes.
