Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Reviews app has been tremendous thus far. Switch from Stamped a while back and it's been a great experience. The service is top notch as well. Helpful in the transition and with any issues now that we have cut over. Definitely recommend.

The dashboard is super easy to navigate and the onboarding process was turnkey and seamless. Their support team is great and always available to answer questions promptly. Yesterday, I needed assistance with the coding on my site to adjust the centering of review images - a ticket was created and the issue resolved within a couple of hours. Super helpful and easy!

The Okendo team has been great (and very responsive, with quick turnaround) at helping us migrate our reviews from another reviews platform, as well as helping us set up the reviews requests, and flows. I love that there are reminders for reviews and that you can offer rewards to customers (ie a discount) to incentivize and thank them for taking the time.
