The customer support, especially from Adrian, is outstanding. They provide quick and thorough assistance, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that Okendo prioritizes long-term customer success over short-term gains, which is refreshing in this industry.

I have used Okendo for years now, but recently wondered if there were ways I could do some things quickly and in bulk, that I was previously doing manually. Jumped on the live chat, and they instantly helped me out. Wish I'd asked earlier! Super app!
Josh is great from Okendo, He helped us setup some advanced Klaviyo flows with custom triggers and helped us troubleshoot them when going live. Hes also helped with other settings across the products and is very responsive.
We had a lot of problems with the app trying to import past reviews from the obsolete Shopify review app. It was quite a headache. And then the reviews would not show on the product pages. Eventually, support was extremely helpful and Luiqi helped a whole hour to correct all errors!
I wrote this review a few days ago and then hit delete. I figured I'd give Okendo the benefit of the doubt... Nothing has changed. This review is a reality based on my ongoing experience with Okendo.
Onboarding with Okendo has been less than stellar. A process that I was told would be prioritized by the sales team has taken significantly longer than expected. There have been long delays and bugginess found in the platform that we've had challenges overcoming... The biggest hurdle working with Okendo is their responsiveness. Tickets are not handled in a timely manner. Emails are not responded to in a timely manner. I've had two onboarding reps and have seen the same lack of response from both.
Okendo is the highest priced app that does what they do. You would expect them to back it with a high level of service and care. I haven't seen it.
At this point I would not recommend anyone else go through the pain that I've gone through. It has not been a good experience. Sadly, we're in too deep and it would be challenging to pull out at this juncture a week before Black Friday.
I have been using okendo for almost a year now on the basic plan. Even though we're on basic, I have to admit their customer service is impeccable. They're quick to respond and almost immediately solve my questions/problems. They're always willing to go above and beyond for you.You need a good vendor like this to get your business up & running!

Best reviews app on Shopify. The way its reviews integrate with quizzes, surveys, and loyalty makes it very powerful.
