The Okendo review app is working very well for us so far. The Okendo team were brilliant helping us get set up and training us how to use the app. The team are excellent at supporting our needs and answering our questions.

We just installed Okendo and the service and support in setting it up has been amazing! We are already seeing reviews roll in.

This app works really well and collects more reviews than other apps we have used. We initially had trouble integrating the app and it took over 2 weeks for support to actually solve the problem, but eventually they were very helpful and integrated it for us. Would recommend this app.

The app is very customizable which made it easy to fit within our Shopify theme. Integration with our email client was also fairly straightforward. Matt gave a great demo and followed-up as I was onboarding and setting up the app. Any questions or issues were quickly and effectively addressed by Matt and Josh (of Customer Support). Really happy with Okendo so far!

This app has been critical for Awake Happy as it’s part of the backbone of my business. The Okendo team is absolutely incredible and competent far beyond the norm. This team is going the distance. The rare combo that I don't often see is technical, detailed, with crazy good customer service. These guys have it. I’ve used Yotpo, Stamped, & Judge.me in the past and Okendo rules them all. I am a developer and look for clean, lightweight apps. This app is not bloated. The widgets are run very clean & this team keeps their databases/servers chugging along nicely. This company has done an impressive thing in a space that I didn’t realize could be vastly improved and at a lower cost than something like Yotpo for what you get. No brainer!
