Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Brilliant onboarding process. From the initial call to answering all our questions to the systematic and responsive way that the team went about setting us up was first-rate. As far as review apps go, the difference between Okendo and what we were previously using is night and day in terms of look and feel, features and UX. We're seriously impressed. Thank you.

Waste of time. Okendo is bugged app with not working sequences. They are refusing to help. Completely the worst customer support ever.

We were looking to migrate our reviews platform from our previous solution and while there were many great options out there, Okendo won hands down. The entire team has been kind and helpful through the whole process and when we had to shorten our timeline to get a quicker turnaround (for a big upcoming marketing moment), they were totally understanding and helped make it happen! The flexibility of the platform, customization options and overall UX has been incredible. SO happy we switched and definitely recommend Okendo for anyone looking for a great reviews provider.

Beautiful review widgets, detailed, very responsive support team, easy to use and feature rich app. You have to pay a price based on the number of orders, but the app works really well and I think it's the best app in the review.

The Okendo team have been supportive and have been able to provide super-fast support for a number of modifications to the customer-facing aspect of the app that I couldn't have made without them. I already have a Hydrogen site and Okendo is a great choice for my project. Okendo takes care of everything with the @okendo/shopify-hydrogen package. I hope the @okendo/shopify-hydrogen package will develop further with more features. Cheers!
