However, the best part of using this platform has been the customer service experience. From install to launch and beyond, we have had excellent support. Allison M. feels like an extension of our own internal team. Her help made launching with Okendo completely seamless, and we were able to go live in just over a week. Wow!! This is the review app you need! The transition from Yotpo to Okendo was so seamless and easy because of my Customer Success Manager! The integration with Klaviyo is also a must have would highly recommend!!

Waste of time. Okendo is bugged app with not working sequences. They are refusing to help. Completely the worst customer support ever.

We were looking to migrate our reviews platform from our previous solution and while there were many great options out there, Okendo won hands down. The entire team has been kind and helpful through the whole process and when we had to shorten our timeline to get a quicker turnaround (for a big upcoming marketing moment), they were totally understanding and helped make it happen! LOVE the Okendo app and before coming to Okendo, I had another very popular review app. Okendo has a great interface and unbelievable customer support. It's a whole new world for me now that I have a great review provider! Margaux is FANTASTIC. So is Mor - both great people and very very helpful. Just do the trial and you'll be convinced it is the Reviews app for you!

I can preach all day about my products, but it means so much more coming from happy clients. The ability to add photos to the review really levels up this app
