I had a great experience using this app for reviews on our newly launched website. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify and is user-friendly and easy to navigate.The onboarding process was excellent and our customer success manager was extremely helpful through every step of the process.

Okendo is really great, we love it! We were able to get it connected to all the other tools we use, everything very easy to set up. Recently they added a new (or revamped?) integration with Klaviyo, which got me very excited. With new features being added – and others improved – plus the excellent customer service and fair price, I totally recommend them. A top-the-bar review system is a must nowadays, and Okendo is our top choice.

Okendo had such an easy setup and the team was always on top to assist us! The admin is very use to use and with such little learning curve. Highly recommend!

We had a very smooth transition onto Okendo. Their documentation is clear and the UX of the app is intuitive. Additionally, our Customer Success Manager is approachable and attentive.
