Okendo: Product Reviews & UGC

We had a very smooth transition onto Okendo. Their documentation is clear and the UX of the app is intuitive. Additionally, our Customer Success Manager is approachable and attentive. Their help made the onboarding process a breeze. Highly recommend this app to anyone considering a new reviews platform. We also quite like their Q&A feature!

Vanessa from Okendo has provided the best support I have received with any Shopify app. Not to mention, the app itself is fantastic! The Okendo team were able to help with reviews duplicated between stores, setting up Klaviyo integration and much more. The Okendo team is incredibly organized and efficient through the entire process—sales through implementation. In addition to a seamless integration to obtain and post reviews, Okendo also provides the ability to customize attributes to obtain insight into customer preferences—a great asset!
