We started using Okendo Reviews a few months ago and it has been a great experience. The app works fabulously with our site. Our customers have been able to easily review or ask a question about our products. And it has been super easy for our Customer Service to process reviews and respond to any questions. Best of all the Okendo staff customized the look and feel of the reviews app to integrate seamlessly into our site. They've even done some big updates after we wanted some more tweaks. Their staff has been very supportive and helpful to any questions and issues we had. Great app, onboarding process, and response from their staff -- can't ask for much more from an app.

So happy with this product! I had been using Yotpo with other clients prior and had so many design issues and when I started my own brand I wanted something much more seamless and integrated with the design of our site.
