UPDATE 3/24/2023- I have been using this app a couple years now and it has definitely contributed to an increase in sales to my store. Customer support has been super quick to help me with any questions that arise. Definitely recommend!

I have used many different review apps in the past. They all would miss some of the key features I desired for my online store. Okendo has EVERYTHING you would like from a review app. It's professionally designed, automatically sends review request emails to your customer by your desired time frames, plus customer service is amazing! I have seen a big increase in sales as well since starting last month. 100% Recommend!

Love this app so far. It's very easy to configure, has some great looking templates and the support is fantastic! Highly recommend using the Online Chat option if you need a quick answer. I had 3 design issues which were solved within 10 minutes. Thanks

I was told that turnaround time for the new update is 1-2 business day, but it's been 13 days and it's still not updated.
