Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Great working review platform. Particularly enjoyed working with Matt and his team. Can only say good things about these guys!

We switched over from another reviews platform due to Okendo's their pricing and easy integration. On-boarding was very smooth and Margaux was an excellent account manager.

I got this app in order to add an intuitive review app at my shop page. At first, I was lost since I don't know anything about coding and liquid language. However, Okendo CS team remotely installed the app properly! It was the best experience I ever had with shopify app services. The design and functions regarding reviews can definitely a way of increasing the sale for us! I totally satisfy with what Okendo provide for us and highly satisfied!

The integration between Shopify and Okendo is outstanding and I found it very easy to import reviews from another source. The turnaround time is amazing too-In just a matter of an hour or two the reviews were live on our page. Margaux from Okendo is such a pleasure to work with. Not only did she help walk me through the process, She also worked with one of my vendors to ensure their reviews would import correctly into Okendo! Thank you so much! The Okendo team are always responsive and super helpful! They never fail to answer my questions, and they always get back to me really quickly.

I've been using Okendo since June 2019 and I think it's FIVE STAR PLUS!! Simple and great support, and I reply to every review we get, good or bad, and we publish 99% of them!

Okendo has been the best app I have ever worked with. We had an amazing tutorial and review of our needs. They have walked us through the entire set up and installation, the customer success manager has been available for all our questions and responds quickly too. We are very happy with the look, functionality, and experience it has given our customers.

LOVE the Okendo app and before coming to Okendo, I had another very popular review app. Okendo has a great interface and unbelievable customer support. It's a whole new world for me now that I have a great review provider! Margaux is FANTASTIC. So is Mor - both great people and very very helpful. Just do the trial and you'll be convinced it is the Reviews app for you!
Update - September 2024 - We are ~4 years in with Okendo and could not be happier. Laura is our account rep and she is totally on it and recommends things we are missing, which is really important as we manage all of this ourselves. We don't have a big expert team or anything, so we would miss all the extra features. Thank you Okendo!!!

Hands down the best support that I've received from any other app. Okendo is user friendly for our staff as well as our customers. It's a no brainer. Go with Okendo.

The customer service is super helpful and very responsive. I got their help with showing Reviews on Google Search.
