Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Hands down the best reviews app on shopify right now. Recently they changed their pricing for the better and it's very affordable to start with now as well. If this wasn't enough they have absolutely incredible support & devs that will 100% help you with whatever you need. Keep up the great work Okendo.

The app itself is great! Never had any issues with it at all and we've been using Okendo for maybe 2 years now? They're starting to get a nice list of integrations as well. I don't normally write reviews but I feel obligated to with just how good the customer support is. Without a doubt, the best customer support of any app we have used since being on Shopify. Thanks!

I am now very happy with Okendo, especially the "grouping" part that allows us to show all the reviews for different colors of the same item. The app is super intuitive to use. If you are after a powerful and easy to use review app, I cannot recommend Okendo enough! Matt, Veomany and the team are super helpful with integration and on boarding support and the app has a good balance between allowing you to make the changes you need to without being a huge customisable mess. From a customer point of view it is very neat and easy to use and we are seeing a huge uptake in reviews.

Just switched to Okendo and am unbelievably happy we did. The software and layouts make it incredibly easy and simple for customers to leave reviews and better yet, leave some media (photos/videos). Other review platforms make this a little more difficult. The appearance of the app of the website in all forms (widget, carousel, etc) look fantastic and can be customized if you'd like. A+ app so far. Highly recommend.
