Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

The onboarding experience and implementation was very easy and the Okendo team was there every step of way always being very helpful and answering any questions I had. The interface if very user friendly and the support has been very responsive and helpful!

Great app that has a lot of potential to drive quality reviews as well as third party data. The top tier (for Klaviyo integration) is quite pricey so if you want to utilise this feature then you would have to be sure that your stores' turnover can justify it, as well as paying for Klaviyo itself. The support staff are super helpful and assist when needed. The app runs smoothly on both desktop and mobile. We would 100% recommend Okendo to anyone looking to scale their Shopify store / brand.
