We’ve had a truly great experience partnering with Okendo. The platform integrates seamlessly with our website and other consumer engagement tools, which has made both setup and day-to-day use easy. Their team has been consistently supportive and responsive over the years, always just an email away when we need help. We genuinely enjoy working with Okendo and highly recommend them as a trusted partner.
It has been such a great experience working with Okendo and their team. Our CSM Kerry has been able to offer us great insights and suggestions along the way. Okendo offers a very hands-on team to help with implementation and set up of different features which is one of my favorite things about them! Okendo is one of those teams that is truly invested in the success of their products, but more importantly the success of your company! Would highly recommend.

We’ve been longtime Okendo users and continue to stick with the platform because it just works—and works well. The UX/UI is intuitive, easy to navigate, and makes managing reviews feel simple instead of cumbersome. The on-site presentation is clean, flexible, and genuinely elevates the customer experience, which is a huge reason we’ve stayed with Okendo over time.
What really sets Okendo apart, though, is the team. They’re consistently proactive about recommending new ways to better leverage the platform, not just answering questions when something breaks. Roy, Chase and Milagros have been especially fantastic partners—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly invested in helping us get the most value out of the product.
While we rely on other tools for syndication, Okendo remains our go-to for on-site reviews because of its ease of use, strong merchandising impact, and the people behind it. Highly recommend.
We've been using Okendo for over 3 years and have had a great experience. Their support team responds in a timely manner and are very helpful when we have questions or need support. Our new customer success manager, Andre Saldanha, is awesome and has been really helpful in ensuring we're using the tool to its fullest extent. We get most of our reviews from Bazaarvoice, so I would love to see them add an integration that uploads those reviews automatically rather than exporting using an Okendo specific template. Other than that, really intuitive and easy to use platform.
Okendo's surveys have been incredibly valuable for our marketing strategy. We're able to gather real customer insights like what they need, what they like, and what they want us to create next, and use that data to build highly targeted campaigns.
