This app is really good and easy to use. Only downside is that you do not receive email notifications when return requests are submitted although their team says they're working on it.

The app is straightforward, easy to use, and easily designed from both an owner and a customer view. Customer service is so quick and helpful. Personally, Vincent helped me with my concerns, which took less than 5 minutes!

The app was responsive and easy to navigate. Tracy was kind to assist in setting up the app. Although there are some limitations, such as redirections, it nevertheless serves its purpose well and is more than enough for a free return & exchange app. I would recommend it

App is still being built, but it is working really well at a base level. Really clean functions, easy to use and update and is 10 times better than Aftership Returns (this is coming from an ex-Aftership customer).
