Really nice app and great support & development team! We had a few minor customizations we wanted to tailor the tool to our business, and the team responded quickly and effectively. Now, we’re using Synctrack to handle a higher volume of returns and exchanges, and it’s working perfectly.

The app is really great and lots of features are being added. Hope they keep the free version and don't start cutting off features. The support team and their member "Joy" are doing a really good job. Always fast and responsive. Always working on the solution with immediate resolutions. A recommendation!

A very sophisticated user experience that easily models into our website. Up an running in minutes rather than hours or days and customisations were executed in very quick time, same day. I wish all apps were this good and supported so excellently. These guys are off to a flying start!

Easy to use platform that has ton's of options to control your return process and workflow however you want - including complex workflows where you can allow exchanges for certain items and/or return reasons and not allow exchanges for other items and/or return reasons.. or only allow refunds for certain items, etc.
