The guys on the end of the help chat (Oleskii and Volodymyr) were incredibly efficient and helpful. They took an issue I had been struggling with for 48 hours, and took it on after 3 or 4 messages explaining the issue. 6 hours later the problem was resolved. Fantastic service.
