Received quality customer service today and I am thankful. This is my first time utilizing the software and I am grateful to have the help of the support team.

I am constantly blown away by Omnisends capabilites, not to mention the customer service is incredibly top-notch! Every time I send through a request it is answered in minutes, and extremely helpful. A couple of times now they have sent me a demo on Loom to show me exactly how to do a certain flow. Brilliant! Can't thank you guys enough and so happy I made the switch x

We started with the free version of Omnisend to create basic Welcome Automation, and abandoned cart messages. The service is very clear and the whole interface very user-friendly. We are planning to migrate to Omnisend for all our marketing campaigns. Especially that the support is very fast. Update after 3 months of use: The best app to boost our business and conversion. More over, they (Nikola, Diego & Kristina) are always fast to answer all our questions :)

nice app and nice customer support. I use Omnisend from Klaviyo. monthly cost is cheap and 24hours support is very nice. I've been fan in only 3days. at first, mail system was paused many times that was so annoying. but now I'm satisfied with them. i recommend.

Andres was very helpful and so far he app is 5 stars! The email set up has been pretty simple but easy to complete in a work day.
